We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment; if you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please give us a call to inform us, or your appointment will need to be rescheduled. For any cancellations or rescheduling, we require a 24-hour notice. Please note, if a 24-hour notice is not provided, your deposit will be forfeited for cancellations, but can be applied to your rescheduled appointment. Thank you for your understanding!

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our detailing services, please contact us within 24 hours of your service date. We will assess your concerns and work to resolve any issues. Refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the nature of the service provided. Thank you for choosing us!

Our garage keepers liability insurance ensures that your vehicle is protected in our care, giving you peace of mind during the service process. Additionally, we take pictures and videos of your vehicle before any work is done, so you can trust that we are committed to transparency and accountability. When booking your appointment, please provide your pick-up and drop-off address to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.
